Common questionsCoverage FAQ
Five answers covering geographic reach, lead times, multi-site contracts and English-language reporting.
Do you cover the whole of Italy including islands?+
Yes. We coordinate qualified technicians across all 21 Italian regions, including Sicily and Sardinia. Island logistics — ferry connections, accommodation for technicians — are managed by us and are included in the quote. No coordination overhead for the client.
What is the typical lead time from quote to first sampling?+
Standard lead time is 5–10 business days from quote acceptance to on-site survey. For urgent pre-reopening protocols we can often schedule within 48–72 hours, subject to regional technician availability. Framework contracts include priority scheduling.
Can you service all our Italian properties under a single contract?+
Yes. Multi-site framework contracts are our speciality. A single contract covers all Italian properties, with a unified sampling calendar, consolidated reporting in English and a single invoice per period. Volume pricing applies from three or more sites.
Do you provide compliance documentation in English for head-office audits?+
Yes. All operational reports, risk summaries and compliance dashboards are available in English. Certified laboratory test reports are issued in Italian (the legally required format for Italian ASL inspections) but accompanied by an English summary note.
What happens if a property fails (Legionella exceeds action levels)?+
We immediately notify the designated contact at head office and the local facility manager. Our operational report sets out the graded corrective action — from increased monitoring to shock chlorination — with a timeline and re-sampling date. We coordinate the corrective-action provider and confirm remediation with a follow-up sample.
