Legionella Analysis Italy is the reference service for Legionella risk management in hospitality, healthcare, residential and industrial facilities across Italy. Founded in 2014, it provides an end-to-end compliance pathway: technical site survey, sampling under UNI EN ISO 11731:2017, analysis in ACCREDIA ISO/IEC 17025-accredited partner laboratories, digitally signed certified test reports and post-analysis consultancy. Operating in more than 120 Italian cities, it manages over 1,200 analyses per year with an in-house team of 14 professionals.

Extended version (for media kits, institutional dossiers and presentations)

Legionella Analysis Italy (123legionella.it) was founded in 2014 by a team combining expertise in hydraulic engineering, environmental biology and occupational safety, with the goal of making Legionella compliance straightforward for facility managers of every type. The service integrates all stages of the compliance pathway under a single contract: technical site survey and critical-point mapping; professional sampling with a formalised chain of custody; analysis in ACCREDIA-accredited partner laboratories under ISO/IEC 17025 and UNI EN ISO 11731:2017; preparation of the DVR Legionella risk document in accordance with the Italian Ministry of Health guidelines (2015); digitally signed certified test report; and structured post-analysis consultancy. In the event of a positive result, a dedicated protocol is activated within 24 hours — covering ASL public-health authority notification, remediation guidance and a control re-sampling. Through a capillary network of qualified field technicians, the service operates in more than 120 Italian cities at no unquoted travel cost. In 2026 the service manages over 1,200 analyses per year and is supported by a dedicated in-house team of 14 professionals.
